Ashish Lall, a seasoned professional with a diverse portfolio, has made his mark in the hospitality industry through the management, renovation, development, and ownership of several notable hotels. His impressive track record includes the following key properties:

Mondrian Park Avenue: Asset Manager for a 190-key hotel since 2017.
Hotel Hendricks: Owner and Manager of a 176-key hotel since 2012.
Hotel Henri: Owner and Manager of a 118-key hotel since 2016.
Bangor Suites, Maine: Owner and Manager of a 100-key hotel since 2022.
Hotel Manteo, NC: Owner and Manager of a 78-key hotel since 2023.

Ashish’s notable achievements have been recognized in recent press, including appearances at the Bisnow Hospitality Conference and Stoler Report. He brings a wealth of experience from his prior roles as an Investment Banker at Cantor Fitzgerald and Credit Suisse, where he managed transactions totaling over $1 billion. Before his banking career, Ashish served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps for four years. He holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, and a JD from Concord Law School, and he is a licensed attorney in the State of California.

Based on his extensive understanding of total hotel segmentation, Sean has built a track record of success in implementing sales and marketing strategy changes based on a variety of market conditions. He excels in building targeted sales plans to develop a hotel’s brand and identity— a constant factor in his successful tenures as a Director and Regional Director. Sean is a 2-time recipient of Sales & Marketing Director of the Year and an integral part of teams awarded Hotel of the Year and RevPAR Index of the Year.
